Training Facilitator with CARE Cambodia

CARE is a humanitarian aid organization fighting global poverty, with a special focus working women girls bring lasting change their communities. CARE seeking qualified n National fill position Training Facilitator (TF) based Phnom Penh.

PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
The TF will manage development, coordination, effective implementation training curriculum in key areas gender, lifeskills leadership training both CARE team members target groups. TF reports the Project Manager.

Location: Phnom Penh

Duties

To assess capacities all project partners, identify areas strengthening, and inform design a curriculum framework and production training packages in areas gender, life skills leadership trainings
To coordinate implementation all trainings under programme including trainings women working Beer Promoters, Project Staff trainings conducted close collaboration MoWA
To support research monitoring evaluation processes

Requirements

Degree relevant discipline (e.g. social science health)
Minimum 7 years experience capacity building, training development implementation
Minimum 7 years working directly vulnerable populations gender empowerment interventions
Demonstrated skill planning curriculum; designing, testing revising training methods
Excellent Khmer English language skills
Excellent report writing presentation skills
