JOB LOCATION: Phnom Penh
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Reports to: Guest Relations Manager
Be the Naga Service Ambassador - build as the recognized signature of Naga, a designated and visual part of the entire brand experience
Achieving optimal customer satisfaction by providing quality customer services and delivering a uniquely memorable experience to hotel guests to ensure guest satisfaction and repeat visits
He or she is one of the first hotel staff to greet guests at the main entrance as they arrive and bids them farewell as they leave
Attends promptly to customers' inquiries and assists them with their needs
Works closely with Front Office (reception, concierge, reservations) to coordinate complimentary, special services and hospitality for VIP customers
Escorts VIPs to their rooms and check them in before their arrival
Be knowledgeable of property, product, marketing promotions and events
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in similar position in an exclusive 5-star deluxe environment
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively both orally and in writing
- Proficient bi-lingual skills of English and at least 2 other languages:
- Mandarin
- Vietnamese
- Japanese
- Korean
- Required to wear a uniform with well-groomed appearance is an absolute must at all times
- Ability to be creative and innovative in guest satisfaction
- Ability to respond to common inquires or complaints from customers
- Be willing to work any day of the week and any shift.
