Terminal Technical Engineer with Huawei Technologies (Cambodia) Co.,LTD

JOB LOCATION: Phnom Penh

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Training the terminal product for operator and ASC(authorized service Center)
Manage and settle labor charge with the ASC
Execute the service policy and requirement of headquarter
Survey for the satisfaction of operator and end-users
Manage and monitor terminal product quality.
Communicate with operator and collect service requirement and solve service complains and

REQUIREMENTS:

At least 2 years after-sales services experience of terminal product (handset preferred)
At least bachelor degree
Familiar with the service requirement and procedure of local operators
With telecommunication technical background
Professional English skills(reading, speaking, writing, listening)
Good skills of communication and team work
Can Speak Chinese is highlight
Can evection and overtime
