With a growing business base, we are looking for Cambodian national for the position of Cost Control Clerk to improve our management system at our guesthouse in Siem Reap.

Summary job description
Cost Control Clerk is responsible to carry out a detailed check on all daily food & beverages purchase cost and prices of other operating supply for the Hotel. He/she also responsible to ensure to check the recipe for food costing and control, to monitor and control over the recording of all goods purchased and the preparation of Monthly Cost Control Report and related reports, to check & update all food, beverage and general items requisition, to conduct random spot check and monthly physical inventory for all stores and food and beverage outlets, to reconcile and prepare Monthly Inventory & Expenses Reports.

JOB LOCATION: Siem Reap

REQUIREMENTS:

Cambodian national
BBA degree in Accounting, finance or related field
Flexible and can work independently with under pressure
Honest, hard working and high responsibilities
Strong understanding of risk control
Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Internet and Email, and QuickBooks)
Good command of English and communication skills
Strong organizational skill.
