Warehouse Supervisor with The Fair Manufacturing Company

The Fair Manufacturing Company is a new established company which specialized in making Novelty Pet Treat, which export to other countries such as USA, Japan, and other European Countries…etc. Now, we are looking for qualified and dynamic candidate to fill the position of Warehouse Supervisor which based in Phnom Penh.

JOB LOCATION: Phnom Penh

RESPONSIBILITIES:

recruiting and training of staff;
monitoring the performance and progress of staff;
motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met;
communicating with other departments;
overseeing stock control and processing orders;
coordinating the use of automated and computerized systems;
keeping stock control systems up to date;
planning future capacity requirements;
producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis;
briefing team leaders on a daily basis;
visiting customers to monitor the quality of service they are receiving;
Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:

Cambodian, Male/Female
Bachelor degree in management or other equivalent fields,
Experience in warehouse, logistics with garment factory;
Over 2-3 years experience in warehouse, logistics with manufacturing company is preferable;
Good analytical and problem solving skills;
Hardworking, work under pressure, organizational skills,
Goods command of spoken and written English language;
Knowledge of a variety of computer software applications including Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Internet, email.
