Accountant with Douleurs Sans Frontières (DSF)

Douleurs Sans Frontières (DSF), french medical NGO specialized in pain management and palliative care is acting in Cambodia since 1996. Main activities in this country are centred on training and care for in and out-patients. Actually, DSF collabores with 10 public hospitals in Phnom Penh and also in province (reference and district hospitals).

DSF is currently looking for a qualified and experience candidate to fill the position of Accountant to be based in Phnom Penh.

JOB LOCATION: Phnom Penh

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To be responsible for bookkeeping.
To settle the invoices to suppliers and DSF’s partners.
To be responsible of collection the attendance sheets from all site DSF work with
To prepare the pay slips and pay the salaries and incentives related to the staff.
To attribute the invoices according to the various projects and funders or to make the account of expenditures and revenue according to the various projects and funders.
To assist the management team to develop proposals.
To prepare the documents required by auditor during external audit.

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor degree in accounting or related field.
Cambodian nationality with minimum of 3 years working experience as accountant.
Good English and/or French speaking and writing skills.
Computer literate in MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Money
