Chief Accountant with Pharmat
Pharmat is the pharmacy in Phnom Penh, we are looking for a qualified candidates to fill the position Chief Accountant in urgent. This position is full time staff and available to sign contract for at lease 3 years up.
Location: Phnom Penh
Duties
- Check all the payment vouchers to ensure correctness of coding and vouchers are filled/kept in order
- Check daily official receipt to ensure proper cash collection
- Check daily cash collection reconciliation
- Prepare monthly payroll
- Prepare monthly management report and submitting to GM for review
- Prepare monthly tax declaration
- Good understanding of tax implication
- Dealing with external auditor and tax authority
- Facilitate accounting for the decision making process and creative idea to resolve the problem in a flexibility manner
- Requirements
- Degree in accounting or finance with minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Experience with stock Management is an advantage
- Well understanding of accounting process, monthly tax declaration and prepare monthly management report
- Proactive, challenging and creative idea to solve the problem
- Knowledge of Quick books accounting system, Excel, and Ms. Word
- Good spoken and written English
- Good interpersonal and leadership
- Self confident and work smart with the high commitment
- Willing to work under pressure with extended working hours and in a team
