Hanumanalaya Boutique, Angkor’s very own boutique guesthouse, is a short hop away from these magnificent ancient monuments and is the perfect blend of traditional Khmer design and sophisticated international amenities. With a growing business base, we are looking for General Manager from nationals of any country to improve our management system at our hotel in Siem Reap.
Summary Job description
General Manager is responsible for overall management of one of Siem Reap’s most successful luxury hotels. You will be responsible for the day-to-day activities of staff in the front office, food and beverage, housekeeping departments, as well as restaurant, mini bar, spa, accounting, and administration. You also handle any complaints or problems that may arise concerning employees or guests of the hotel.
JOB LOCATION: Siem Reap
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to show a strong track record in the hospitality industry
- Excellent customer-service skills
- Ability to understand the needs of our demanding clients
- A natural ability to lead a team
- Excellent communication skills, must be fluent in English
- At least 3-year experience in hotel management
- Computer literacy (Word, Excel, internet and email).
