Site Civil Engineer Manager with Chip Mong CO., Ltd.
ABOUT COMPANY:
Chip Mong CO., Ltd. was established since 1982. We imports and supplies Construction Materials and Consumer Products such as Camel Portland Cement, V Bar Structure Steels, CMC Ceramic Tiles, CMC Concrete, Hanami Snack, Healthy Chef, sweetened condensed. We are now opening for capability candidates to fill the positions in Administrative Phnom Penh division:
Position: Site Civil Engineer Manager based in Phnom Penh
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Arrange for geological and geophysical investigations and carry out feasibility studies.
- Monitor sites to work out the most suitable foundation for a proposed construction.
- Advise on the possible engineering solution to meet with a company’s needs.
- Produce detailed designs and documentation for the construction and implementation of civil engineering projects.
- Manage and organize the delivery of materials, plant and equipment needed for the construction project and supervise workers.
- Develop and coordinate of the activities in site program.
- Coordinate other engineers, architects, landscape architects and environmental scientists.
- Prepare engineering calculations required for the design of projects and supervise the drafting.
- Operate computers to assist with the design of civil engineering projects.
- Research, advise on and plan the control and minimization of air, water and solid waste pollution, and management of water.
- Supervise the testing and commissioning of project.
- Analyze and interpret reports on loading, lab our, productivity, quality, materials and performance.
- Analyze risks associated with natural disasters including, fire and floods, and design structures and services to meet appropriate standards.
- Cambodian national or foreigner, male aged 35 and up.
- Minimum hold bachelor or Master degree in the field or equivalent related-degree.
- Knowledgeable about AutoCAD, Microsoft office, Microsoft Projecting, Photoshop, Calculation Program … etc.
- At least 5 years working experience in managing Construction site.
- Proficient in Khmer and English, Mandarin will be added advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Practical and creative and willing to contribute and adhere to safety requirements of the operation
- Able to work as part of a team and work without supervision
