Product Manager (Sto Water-proofing Products) with JCM-Nippon Paint Cambodia JOB LOCATION: Phnom Penh
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide leadership and coordination in daily operations and sales/marketing functions
- Drive market and revenue growth to meet the target set
- Prepare regular action plans and reports for the Managing Director
- Train, consult and develop subordinates
- Updates top management of competitors and market situation
- Handle complaints from employees and/ customers
- Provide assistance to and entertain existing clients and/sales prospects
REQUIREMENTS:
- Male or female, at least 28 years old
- Good command of English and MS. Offices
- Good personality and interpersonal skills
- Self confident, committed, honest and hard-working
- At least 02- year experience in sales and/marketing, preferably managerial position
- Holding degree in any related field, preferably in chemical or civil engineering
- Experiences in construction materials and/project sales is an advantage
