Two Sales Executive (Sto Water-proofing Products) with JCM-Nippon Paint Cambodia JOB LOCATION: Phnom Penh
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Present and sell the company products and services to current and potential customers,
- Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned,
- Prepare action plans and schedules to approach specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made,
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activities and researches,
- Identify and resolve client concerns and complaints in assigned territory,
- Confer with potential customers regarding product and service needed
- Responsible for payment collection of assigned accounts,
- Attend meetings, sales and product trainings or other events as assigned,
- Communicate new developments, information or feedback gathered through field activities to the department management
- Write reports and update the department management on a regular basis about the job and the market.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Holding degrees in relevant fields, preferably in chemical engineering, marketing or business
- At least 01-year sales and/marketing experience
- Good command of English and MS. Offices
- Presentable appearance and good interpersonal skills
- Able to work in team and under pressure
- Self-confident, flexible, honest and hard working
- Experiences in construction materials and/project sales is an advantage
