Compliance Officer with Maybank Phnom

JOB LOCATION: Phnom Penh

RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Compliance Officer, you are responsible to ensure that a suitable framework for management of all risk i.e Credit, Marketing and Operational risks is implemented at the branch
You must ensure and monitor changes on external and regulatory environment, market and industry development affecting the branch and to provide value added feedback to Head Office
To comply to all applicable laws and regulations, internal policies and procedures by all department at Branch
You are also required to monitor and check the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of report on Risks and Compliance both on regular or adhoc basis for submission to Head Office in Malaysia
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree / professional qualification in accounting / finance or equivalent
Excellent spoken or written English language
Good interpersonal skills
Good analytical skills with at least 2 years experience from related field
Able to work independently with less supervision
Knowledge of local law and regulation will be an added advantage
