We are a leading completed telecommunication services provider, have been operating in Cambodia since 1993. Now we offer maximum signal and technology - GSM 900 / 1800 and CDMA to the entire Cambodian market. Due to our continuous business expansion, we are searching for excellent Cambodian candidates / prospects to add to our enthusiastic team in the position of Network Quality Assurance Manager/Specialist (1position) base in Phnom Penh
JOB LOCATION: Phnom Penh
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Define quality policies, areas for improvement, documenting, and interacting with the concerned manager to ensure that the existing standards of production are satisfactory and follow safety regulations
- Review the current policies and improvise plans to improve upon the existing quality standards, and suggest plans to enhance the quality system
- Inspect and test every phase of the production process to ensure the quality of products
- Ensure that the procedures of the organization conform to legislative requirements
- Analyze business statistics and review the effectiveness of any changes that have been made
REQUIREMENTS:
- Cambodian or others nationality are welcome
- Male/Female, 27 years old and above
- Advanced degree (e.g., M.A., M.B.A., or equivalent)
- 5+ years experience in overseeing the design, development and implementation of quality assurance standards
- The person must have outstanding analytical skills
- Effective communication and report writing skills
- Good negotiation skills with customer-oriented attitude
- Very good in both spoken and written English
- Computer literate with good knowledge of MS Office
