Logistics Officer with Handicap International Belgium

HIB urgently seeking qualified motivated Cambodian national to fulfil the position of Logistics Officer which based in Phnom Penh occasionally travel provinces
Location: Phnom Penh, Travel to Provinces
Duties
- Deliver procurement services, order obtain best value money, including drafting quotation requests, purchase order, tender contract documents
- Prepare 3-monthly procurement workplan assist Logistics Manager in production an annual procurement plan, department proposal budgets reports procurement support directed
- Promote collaborative, client/user-focused, quality results-oriented approach in logistics department
Requirements
- Bachelor degree Business Administration similar, qualifications logistics or procurement
- Two years experience working within NGO logistics unit at management level prior progressive levels responsibility within logistic elements
- Proven leadership organisational ability
- Demonstrated planning workplan formulation skills
- Proven competence report writing
- Ability work proactively and initiative
- Commitment delegation responsibility and team approach
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Flexible, reliable trustworthy
- Good command English (verbal written), knowledge French a plus.
- Very good knowledge all Microsoft Office program
