ABOUT COMPANY:
Golden Rice is an international standard company, equipped with state-of-the-art machinery and technology for drying, milling and packaging rice for export markets.
Beside its rice processing and exporting activities, Golden Rice is developing its own construction and engineering projects, such as industrial building construction, machinery & electrical installation, and R&D on agricultural engineering.
While expanding its activity, the company is urgently recruiting dynamic individuals to fill the following positions to be based at its factory in Oudong-Kampong Speu province:
Project Monitoring Officer
JOB LOCATION: Kampong Speu
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and monitor work plans for engineering projects;
- Set priorities and advise the management about the resources needed to achieve the project on time;
- Allocate resources including workers, equipments and materials to ensure on-time completion of the projects;
- Coordinate with engineers and site supervisors to ensure the smooth implementation of engineering projects;
- Prepare daily report of project progress for the management team;
- Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor;
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in business administration; or equivalent;
- Background in industrial or mechanical engineering is a plus;
- At least 2 years experience in project planning; monitoring and implementation;
- Able to work independently, to organize and coordinate with ability to “Manage by Example”;
- Able to lead a team and to work under pressure;
- Good personal relation, self-motivated and clear planning skills;
- Fluent in English, both writing and speaking;
- Good computer literacy (Ms. Word, Excel, Power Point; Project, etc.)
