Community Health Program Manager with Caritas Cambodia
Caritas Cambodia is an International Non-governmental Organization working in eight provinces of Battambang, Siem Reap, Kampong Thom, Kampong Cham, Kandal, Takeo, Preash Vihear Mondulkiri province Integrated Development, Sustainable Agriculture, Community Health HIV/AIDS, Emergency Response Preparedness Rehabilitation, Right Based Approach Advocacy, Gender Anti-Trafficking Youth Development Program.
In Siem Reap Province, Caritas Cambodia, besides Community Development Program, has developed large Community Health HIV/AIDS Program and currently seeking qualified Cambodian National the position Community Health Program Manager.
Location: Siem Reap
Duties
- Familiar with components the project including HIV/AIDS
- Assist Community Health staff recruited in area
- Strengthen MCH, Nutrition, Safe drinking water, Safe motherhood School Health Program
- Strengthen capacity Caritas nurses community partners: Health centers staff especially Midwives, Village Volunteers, School teachers community health issues
- Coordinate activities at community level through VHSG, PLHAs and community partners
- Strengthen cooperation Caritas CD staff joined areas
- Integrate community Health HIV/AIDS program
- Write monthly reports monthly plans
- Plan, monitor evaluate project regular basis
Requirements
- Midwife, Nurse, Medical Assistant experience Community Health Health Centers, Midwife asset
- Ability do basic health assessment, evaluation, work planning
- Good communication interpersonal skills
- Knowledge English good computer skills
- Flexibility ability adapt the working situation
- Energetic not reluctant travel far by motorcycle car.
- Solid commitment the poor marginalized people
- Able drive motorcycle car long distances
