Livelihood Staff for Siem Reap Province with Caritas Cambodia
Caritas Cambodia is an International Non-governmental Organization working in eight provinces of Battambang, Siem Reap, Kampong Thom, Kampong Cham, Kandal, Takeo, Preash Vihear Mondulkiri province Integrated Development, Sustainable Agriculture, Community Health HIV/AIDS, Emergency Response Preparedness Rehabilitation, Right Based Approach Advocacy, Gender Anti-Trafficking Youth Development Program.
In Siem Reap Province, Caritas Cambodia, besides Community Development Program, has developed large Community Health HIV/AIDS Program and currently seeking qualified Cambodian National the position Community Health Program Manager.
Location: Siem Reap
Duties
- Assess needs opportunities PLHA at home in SG develop activity plans them develop strategies help poorest
- Provide support the PLHA “Key Farmers” the PLHA Self Help Groups
- Assess needs opportunities families underweight children in health program
- Organize training “Multiple purpose farm” families underweight children in Community Health Program
- Support safe drinking water food security activities: digging wells, ponds, farming
- Implement, monitor evaluate activities PLHA poorest families themselves
- Work in team the Community Home Based Care teams and the Community Health Program in partnership other NGOs
- Work with stakeholders in communities: Commune Council, village leaders, pagodas
- Write plans according budget activity reports timely
Requirements
- Educational background: Agriculture, Small Animal Husbandry, small business other IGA development experience
- Knowledge participatory assessment, monitoring evaluation
- Experience working local partners, strong interpersonal skills
- Solid commitment the poor marginalized people
- Good networking leadership skills
- Good English computer skills, good report writing skills The applicants currently based Siem Reap surrounding provinces are encouraged apply.
