Sales Manager with C&T Advertising

JOB LOCATION: Phnom Penh

REQUIREMENTS:

To develop sales strategy and make aggressive sales volume.

To contact with advertising agencies and maintain active market presence with clients.
To develop training programs for the sales team.
To achieve or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales target.
To ensure that organizational policies and procedures of the company are followed
To Ensures feedback mechanisms are in place to monitor competitive trends, customer dynamics and technology trends to provide timely functions and regular feedback for continuous improvement
Motivate, develop and deploy the skills set of individual staff to establish a high performance sales/marketing team. Through working with other managers and supervisors to identify and mentor high potential employees.

REQUIREMENTS:

Minimum 2 years in supervisory or managerial position in outdoor advertising e.g billboards, shop signage, Ink-jet printing and other promotional products etc.
Previous experience marketing media/outdoor advertising is highly regard
University degree is a must.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Computer literate
