Internal Audit & Evaluation Trainee with VisionFund Cambodia

VisionFund (Cambodia) seeking 1 qualified Cambodian national to fill the position of Internal Audit & Evaluation Trainee based Head Office, Phnom Penh.
She/he to conduct assist audit branches head office accordance VisionFund policies procedures and review evaluate internal control accounting systems branches head office, and recommend corrections, improvements compliance. This position also assigned conduct impact evaluation VisionFund’s clients and recommend improvement.
Location: Phnom Penh
Duties
- Assist perform coordinates planning thoroughly before going the audit evaluation fieldworks
- Assist organize initiates pre-audit evaluation meeting
- Assist perform audit steps procedures gathers necessary information determine adequacy internal controls compliance according the pre-audit /or evaluation field work section
- Assist perform analytical review procedures each audit assignment
- Assist mobilize necessary information business transactions determines audit evaluation sample size testing
- Assist organize working papers files according the policies procedures audit evaluation
- Assist perform coordinate audit evaluation field work branches head office
- Assist clarify audit findings auditees during process audit field work minimize discussion time in exit conference
- Assist alert push branches implementing audit and/or evaluation issues
- Assist bring the Internal Audit &Evaluation Manager’s attention any suspected areas and/or serious misconduct conflict interest issues all level staff within VisionFund any misuse if VisionFuns’s assets
Requirements
- Refresh graduate in field accounting finance, auditing, other related fields
- Strong analytical accounting skills good study record at university an assets
- Good knowledge understanding microfinance operations banking
- Good English computer skills
- Willing travel stay at province performing audit evaluation
- Ability work under pressure highly self-motivated
- Demonstrate high level ethical commitment trustworthiness
