N.C.X CO., LTD., a leading company in the motorcycle industry, employs more than 500 employees with rapid growth over the last year, is currently seeking the qualified and dynamic candidates with relevant experiences for the following position:

QIC & Warranty Staff

JOB LOCATION: Phnom Penh

RESPONSIBILITIES:

QIC

Collect and provide the information concerning the product quality
QIC report compilation and issue
Service News compilation and issue
Response to Dealers technical queries

Warranty

Warranty Registration;
Warranty claim management (parts check, report, check, claim payment/invoice operation)
Warranty claim periodic analysis.

REQUIREMENTS:

Automotive engineering or equivalence
Fresh graduate is also welcome
Good command of both written and spoken English
Strong work ethic professional manner
Willing to learn and have a good team play
Good computer literacy with Ms. office and internet & e-mail
Experienced in the related field is an advantage.
