technology - GSM 900 / 1800 and CDMA to the entire Cambodian market. Due to our continuous business expansion, we are searching for excellent
Cambodian candidates / prospects to add to our enthusiastic team in the position of Business Development Executive (1position) base in Phnom Penh.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Developing the business side of a company and dealing with the numerous business opportunities which are presented to an organization throughout the year
- Monitoring the outcome of such business activity and attracting new customers, many of whom may not have been targeted by the business before
- Develop a business plan that includes goals, objectives and strategies to ensure budget attainment of sales goals and margins that meet or exceed profit goals
- Working with marketing and operations staff, develop solutions for company problems
- Partners with the support functions within the organization to perform strategic value assessments to customers and prospects
- Develops territory plans and participates in strategic and tactical planning
- Keeping up to date with economic and business developments throughout the working day
- Keeping up to date with overall business trends
- Performing research into the market, customer trends, and competition in the market
REQUIREMENTS:
- Cambodian or others nationality
- Male/Female, 30 years old and above with at least 8 years working experience
- Master/Bachelor Degree in related field. Working experience in telecommunication industry will be an advantage.
- Good communication skills both in Local language and English language
- Enthusiasm for working in a quickly changing, fast-growth environment.
