Health Equity Funds Monitor with University Research Co., LLC
ABOUT COMPANY:
University Research Co., LLC is seeking candidates for the 2 positions of Health Equity Funds Monitor. The Health Equity Fund Monitor will be based in Ratanakiri and Preah Vihea provinces. These positions are reannounced and previous applicants do not need to reapply.
JOB LOCATION: Provinces
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Oversee HEF Output-Based Contract implementation based on established evaluation methodology.
- On a monthly basis, monitor health equity fund activities within a province using the tools and methodologies developed by URC-CHS.
- Conduct household interviews and review of health equity fund documentation entering results into a computerized reporting database.
- Create a monthly report of findings related to monitoring of health equity fund activities according to the standard format required.
- Perform other tasks as required.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum Educational background of completed Bachelor Degree
- Computer skills (Word, Excel, Database… etc.)
- Basic skills in English (written and oral)
- Experience conducting surveys and data collection
- Analytical skills, Self-motivated and results oriented
- Willing to work and live in rural and remote areas
- Be able to travel unaccompanied on a motorbike to remote villages and health centers for approximately 85% of the time of work
