Store Manager / Supervisor (2 positions) with Smile Retail Group Ltd
ABOUT COMPANY:
Smile Retail Group is a company experienced in convenience store retailing, specializing in minimarts. Our aim is to offer our customers a wide selection of products in a comfortable, clean shopping environment and the highest levels of customer service. We are continuing to expand, therefore we are seeking suitable candidates that match well with our company values.
We currently have the following position to fill Store Manager / Supervisor.
JOB LOCATION: Phnom Penh
The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing company policies and all duties related to the smooth operation of a successful retail store. Store employees will report directly to the Store Manager / Supervisor who will be responsible for their performance. Additional duties include ordering product, HR tasks and basic finance work.
REQUIREMENTS:
Store Manager / Supervisor
- Female preferred, but all qualified candidates will be considered
- University Graduate
- Excellent customer service skills
- Extremely reliable, mature and responsible character
- Very good command of English and Khmer
- Ability to identify problem issues and implement solutions
- Driven to achieve the highest standards
- Available full time
