Treasury Manager with Sotelco (Beeline) Ltd
The VimpelCom Group consists of telecommunications operators providing voice and data services through a range of wireless, fixed and broadband technologies. We are looking for dynamic, smart, and high potential individuals to join our growing team in the following position:
Treasury Manager
JOB LOCATION: Phnom Penh
Job Summary:
The Treasury Manager will be reporting to the Head of Financial Planning, Analysis/Treasury and responsible for effective management of cash flow for the company. Job responsibilities include: establish and review policies and procedures related to treasury; cash flow forecast and review to ensure sufficient funds at all times; approve Payment Requests; cash flow statement preparation and reporting; assists in financing arrangement and ensure covenant compliance; train & monitor staff and deal with other departments and banks and assist the Head of Financial Planning, Analyis & Treasury as required.
Essential Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in treasury management, with telecom would be preferred;
- At least 2 years of supervisory or managerial experience
- Bachelor’s degree or post-graduate degree in accountancy, finance, banking, economic, business administration, or related area;
- Analytical, detail-oriented and performance driven;
- Able to produce excellent results under pressure;
- With good oral and report-writing English and Khmer communication skills.
