Job Description
- Answer phones and respond to customer requests
- Provide customer with product and service information
- Transfer customer calls to appropriate staff
- Identify research and resolve customer issue using computer system
- Follow up on customer in quires not immediately resolved
- Complete call logs and reports
- Recommend process improvement
- Other duties as assigned
Jobs Requirement
- Willing to work hour 5.00Pm-9.00Pm (Monday-Friday)
8.00Am-5.00Pm (Saturday-Sunday),
- Female only
- Finished study at university
- Experience 2-3 years
- Good at listening and talking the phone, friendly
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with customers, co-workers, and various business contacts in a courteous and professional manner.
- Excellent communication in English and Khmer ( verbal and written ) and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence outcomes, Chinese is advance
- Good listening and problem solving skills
- Previous telephone experience in handling customer calls is a plus
- Skills in supporting business development planning,
documentation and implementation
