Job Description Salary: 150 - 200 USD with other benefits - Planning, monitoring, implementing the English teaching and learning activities to achieve the goals and objectives of Education project. - Producing and developing the teaching curriculum and educational materials to meet of teaching objectives. - Training teachers and youth club members on teaching methodology and techniques. - On going training and coaching teachers to improve the teaching quality and help the students to become the faster learners. - Developing tests for measuring the students’ capacity - Writing the monthly and quarterly reports of the education project. - Meeting with team members, teachers, students and parents in the relevant communities - Working with the Community Facilitator to implement and monitor the child sponsorship project. - Attending some relevant meetings and workshops with village chiefs, commune chief, district governors and other NGOs. - Arranging workshops, training sessions and any relevant events and hosting the visits of donors. - Doing some relevant tasks required by Meakea. Jobs Requirement - At least Bachelor Degree in Education, Arts in English or some relevant fields - At least two-year experiences in teaching English and Education Management - A good understanding of Teaching Methodology, class management and class demonstration. - Good experience in developing tests for measuring the students’ capacity (4 skills) - Good knowledge of Rural Education and some understanding of Community Development - Strong knowledge of both Khmer and English. - Computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Internet and Power Point) - High commitment toward reaching Meakea’s vision, mission and core values - Good written and oral communication skills communication and strong interpersonal skills - Willing to work as team and open to learn from team members and others - Willing to work hard under pressures HOW TO APPLY The interested candidates should send CV and covered letter with the attached photo (4x6) to email address below.
