Communications Specialist

Jobs Requirement  
  - Postgraduate  degree in journalism,  communications
& media management  or other discipline  relevant  to the assignment.
  - At least 5 years international professional experience in similar assignments i.e.Involving law dissemination,designing  and implementing communication strategies and capacity  building. Experience in a good governance context is an advantage.
  - Previous  experience  in South East Asia countries,
preferably  Cambodia;
  - Experience  in providing  technical assistance  in development, planning, management  of results in media and communications  projects in the public and private  sectors;
  - Prior work experience  on projects  funded by the World Bank or other international  donors;
  - Fluency in either Khmer or English is required while fluency in both languages is an advantage.
