Job Description
- Greeting clients, answering the phone, provide information to clients
- Prepare price quotations for clients
- Meet clients to make presentation about company’s
services
- Control and manage service department
- Field-control in implementing projects
- Report of all activities and information in the service department to management board
Jobs Requirement
- University student, age 18-27 years
- Telephone & e-mailing skills
- Must have good English communication (spoken & written)skills
- Must be confident, reliable, friendly, and people-oriented
- Previous experience in customer service or related area is an advantage
