  - Bachelor degree in Business Administration or related  fields
  - At least 3 years working experience in Sale or Marketing,  management in hotel , apartment, and condo
  - Good Command of English for both speaking and writing
  - Good at communication skills
  - Good at people management and problem solving skills
  - Excellent in communication, customer service and supervisory skill
  - Able to identify problems and resolve in a timely manner
