Job Description
  1.Agronomist, based in Preah Sihanouk Province
  2.Head of Agriculture Dep’t, based in Phnom Penh
 
Jobs Requirement
  - 3-5 years experience in rubber plantation (1)
  - At least 5 years experience in rubber plantation, other agro. plantation  & livestock  (2)
  - Flexible, dynamic, analytical and able to make good judgment and self-motivated  (1,2)
  - Be honest, patient; and self-confidence (1,2)
  - Strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills (1,2)
  - Good at communication skill (1,2)
  - Able to work under pressure, independently as well as in a team (1,2)
  - Willing to work in the province is preferable, candidates  who live in Keo Phos and Veal Rinh area are encourage to apply (1)
  - Be able to travel to the province (2)
QUALIFICATION
  - Bachelor or Master Degree in Agronomy or Agriculture  Sciences  (1,2)
  - Be able to speak and to do written  report in both English  and Khmer (1,2)
  - Computer  literate  (Ms. Word & Excel) and internet
must be required (1,2)
