AFESIP Cambodia, a non-governmental, non-political, and non-religious organization to combat trafficking in women and children for sex slavery is seeking for Cambodian Nationals for the positions of Job Placement Staff – 1 position- based in Phnom Penh.

Job descriptions

  - Identify potential partners, such as private companies and NGOs, which collaborate with AFESIP to achieve the activity purpose

  - Plan and implement job placement activities to ensure the objective of the project is achieved.

  - Follow up with the employees and employers to ensure that the job placement activity runs smoothly and foresee potential troubles. Troubleshoot them if necessary.

  - Mobilise key stakeholders such the local authorities, government staff, and other NGO staff to ensure the reintegration of former residents is supported by all sectors.

  - Monitor activities and produce regular reports.

Qualifications
  - Cambodian national.
  - University degree or equivalent; majoring in social development, management, education or business is preferable.
  - 2 years of working experience in the area of private or NGO sectors. Working experience on issue of trafficking and sexual exploitation is advantage.
  - In-depth knowledge of gender issues and women’s empowerment.
  - Excellent coordination and management skills.
  - Strong problem solving and analytical skills.
