Our Cambodia Office is seeking for one qualified candidate to fill in one consultant vacancy as Sexual Abuse of Boy Curriculum Development Consultant (National or International).

PURPOSE OF THIS CONSULTANCY
The purpose of the consultancy is to build the capacity of government, NGO and other social workers who may work directly with sexually abused boys in the target areas or those already admitted in residential care centres that are in proximity of victim survivors’ community. This is to ensure that the victim survivors and their families have access to counseling support.

Duties
- To assess the needs of counseling skills needed to work with sexually abused boys of government, NGO and other social workers who work in proximity of victim survivors’ commmunity,
- Develop and design the training curriculum and programme for government social workers, NGOs and other social workers who work in proximity of victim survivors’ community,
- Conduct the training programme with social workers including coaching processes
Requirements
- At least 3 years experience in working as counselor of children who are sexually abused, preferably sexually abused boys or children who had been traumatized by abuse and neglect
- Experience working and capacity building for government or NGO social workers
- International experience preferably in the Mekong Sub region or developing country (Cambodian experience preferred)
- Experience in facilitating and designing training programmes as well as coaching
- Masters or PhD degree in relevant field
