We are specializing in Inland Transportation, Cross-border-trucking, Sea Freight, Airfreight, Customs Clearance, Logistics / warehousing, Supply-chain-management, and other related shipping services. Duties
General Manager Sales/Marketing
- Manage and lead sales team to accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, setting sales target, monitoring, and reviewing staff's performance
- Marketing research and development programs
- Conduct sales staffs training in relation to sales and marketing management
- Maintain customers care and entertainment
- Manage over sales staffs and making monthly sales report to managing director
- Conduct meeting within sales team and attend corporate meeting
Requirements
General Manager Sales/Marketing
- Cambodian nationality 25-40 years of age
- Bachelor Business Administrative or Marketing management
- At least 4 years experiences in sales/marketing related to shipping and freight forwarding company
- Good command in English literacy (speaking, writing and listening) and/ or chinese is a plus
- Computer literacy (MS Office, internet, E-mail, Power Point)
- Excellence in management, interpersonal, communication, problem solving and leadership skills
- Must be honest, responsible, initiative, creative, and building team work
- Willing to travel in province and overseas
Sales Executive
- Cambodian nationality 20-30 years of age
- At least 1 year experiences in sales/ marketing related to shipping and freight forwarding company
- Degree in marketing field/ related field
- Be familiar with doing tele sales and marketing with customers and partners
- Assist sales manager for the indoor and outdoor sales arrangement
- Be able to speak and write English and/or Chinese is a plus
- Ability to communicate with customers and strong in negotiation
- Self starter, initiative, mature, team player and willing to work hard
- Good interpersonal skills
- Computer skills in MS office, internet and email
- Willing to travel in province and overseas
