Compagnie Fluviale Du Mekong
Compagnie Fluviale Du Mekong is an international company providing tour cruising on the Mekong River and Tonle Sap from Angkor Wat to Saigon in Vietnam. CF Mekong started the operation in Cambodia in 2002 with our first River vessel TOUMTIOU. By 2008 CFM was operating 5 River Vessel which were stars accommodation. To respond to high growth of business, CF Mekong is in need of a professional candidate to apply for the position of RESERVATION OFFICER.
Responsibilities
- He/ She has to work smoothly with the people around him, especially the general manager, in order to implement and develop sales.
- Manage daily marketing on the execution and development of the project that would include creative development and all implementation courses; ensure the compliance of strategies and standards of the service; oversee outside tour agencies and vendors.
- Coordinate different kinds of relate work with all ship managers to be ensure that passengers have proper information about their holiday, programming, Itinerary etc.
- Executes basic marketing projects like writing briefs, developing timelines, collect traffic tapes and artwork, manage necessary approval.
- Contribute to the development of sales in materials. This will include collateral materials, sales decks , flyers, posters etc.
- Fill in, prioritize and fulfill daily tasks
- Perform other duties that are required and as directed.
Requirement
- Cambodian nationality or expatriate
- Female/ Male 20- 35 yrs. old
- Graduated of Tourism or 4 year Business Relate course
- Computer literacy (MS. Office, Internet, Email...)
- Trustworthy, Honest and Loyal
- Excellence in customer relation and Follow- Through Skills
- With or Without Experience
- Willing to be trained
- With Pleasing Personality/ Professional in Appearance
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply
- Perfect in English - writing/ listening and speaking. Fresh speaking is a plus.
- Must have an Excellent Performance in Attendance and Punctuality
- Creative, detail oriented and organized
- Flexible to be able to work with project that can be diverse
- Positive enthusiastic, posses the ability to work in fast- paced environment that requires deadlines and must have a certain level of professionalism.
- A term player who can work well in a multitasking office where overtime is in demand and traveling abroad is compulsory.
Salary package: $250- $350
