Our Cambodia Office is seeking for one(1) qualified Cambodian national to fill vacant position of Sponsorship ID Card Rollout Coordinator for Sponsorship Operations based in Phnom Penh.
 
Based salary: $400 plus competitive benefits
 
Purpose:
To ensure ID Card Scanning implementation is properly rolled out in all Area Development Programs (ADPs) and STEP (Sponsorship Tracking Enhancement Program) business processes of the ID Card Scan are well managed in both ADP and Provincial Operations level.
Responsibility:
  1. Collaborate with relevant teams (designated staff and Sponsorship Technical Services Manager) to provide technical training to concerned teams.
  2. Work with designated staff to provide technical support to Sponsorship teams at ADP and Operations levels as necessary while they are implementing the ID Card Scanning.
  3. Ensure ID Card Scanning equipment and services are used in compliance with policies, guidelines and Standards of the Partnership and Sponsorship Operations of World Vision Cambodia (WVC).
  4. Assist the Sponsorship Technical Services Manager in preparing for and conducting reflection meetings with ADP and Operations sponsorship teams.
  5. Assist the Sponsorship Technical Services Manager to prepare for the rollout of the ID Cards scanning in all ADPs.
  6. Coordinate and follow up on progress of preparations of each ADP for the rollout to ensure everything is properly done.
  7. Coordinate &take a lead in printing out the Barcode ID Cards for all Registered Children of rollout ADPs prior to the time of the implementation.
  8. Coordinate procurement of ID Card Scanning equipment and accessories for implementation according to policies, guidelines and procedures of WVC.
Qualification:  
  - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or computer science or related field.
  - Thorough knowledge and high-level skills of computer hardware and software installation, configuration and maintenance.
  - Good understanding of sponsorship business process
  - Demonstrated fluency in both written and spoken English
  - At least 1 year experience in providing IT technical support, preferably with NGO context and environment
  - At least 1 year experience in Sponsorship work
  - Background or experience with electronic, electrical power or other telecommunication
