CIIC spirits is international merchandise industry from neighbor country like Thailand, Lao, Cambodia and others country, now we are running well the products of Red Eagle, Red Dragon and others products in Cambodia. Currently we would like to announcement to be looking for the dynamic candidate of vacant position as below:
 
Position: Accounts & Stock Officer (Urgently)
 
Tasks and Responsibilities
Accomplishes business development activities by researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans; implementing sales plans; managing staff: Accounts Receivable
 
  - Handle and track the In & outbound invoices of Customer and ensure that all invoice in accurate quantity, Amount, Date, invoice number and prove the good profile customer arrangement in document.
  - Ensure that All invoice number of employee sale have meet the ranging number of invoices, the cancel and void invoices to be return back to accounts.
  - Daily recording & Posting up to date of kind of  sale invoice in QuickBooks system with well note
  - Keep the recording and posting the data and up to date the data in accounting system for sale income and others and hide the accounting information to outsider
  - Daily Control and Receive the Sale revenues invoices from Sale Door 2 Door, Sale Trip, Sale Exhibition, Sale customer and others.
  - Review and tracking the status of account receivable on Customer, aging and net amount with note to treasurer to coordinate with sale outlet and sale collector for information payment data and make sure that all A/R is on time.
  - Monitor and Control all items inventory in and out have to be compliance with log sheet form procedure and process of ciic regulation.
  - Ensure that all item inventory have be available on stock to supply to sales and customer
  - Check and control all inventory receiving items & purchase order items in accurate quantity (Return, Credit note, Sale order and others).
  - Maintain up to date and identify inventory of code/name/expire and minimum with maximum par stock level and desire stock demand.
  - Making reports as requirement from management.
 
Requirement & Qualified
 
  - Cambodian People
  - Male & Female
  - Bachelor Degree of accounting or Finance
  - At least 1 years experiences of accounting or Stock is prefer
  - QuickBooks Knowledge  
  - Honesty, Personal skill and Creative idea
