Job Description
  - Take full responsibility of sales activities in achieving set target of the company  including  preparation  of presentations  and proposals  
  - Responsible  for month to month sales increasing
  - Direct sales team to execute  and monitor  all sales and marketing  strategies  to achieve  company target
  - Coach, lead, motivate  and guide sales team to develop
their selling  skills to deliver  excellent  performances
  - Monitor  performance  of key competitors
  - Maintain  good rapport  with key customers  
 
Jobs Requirement
  - Male or Female with a good degree in Business or Marketing discipline, with a minimum 3 yrs sales management experiences preferably in telecom or FMCG industry
  - An outgoing self-starter with strong leadership qualities,  interpersonal, presentation, negotiation and communication  skills
  - Must have good business  acumen as well as be able to work independently  and effectively within a team
  - Must converse  well in English,  other languages will be an advantage
  - Aggressive, result oriented and able to work under pressure.
  - Willing  to travel for nation wide
