Job Title: Chief Engineer (1 Person)
Job Location: Phnom Penh
    
Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Prepares department budgets and monitors expenditures.
  2. Reports to management on priorities and activities of departments.
  3. Plans and develops procedures to improve operations.
  4. Establishes work priorities and departmental goals.
  5. Establishes and coordinates department training and development.
  6. Directs and coordinates communication with departments and outside entities.
  7. Develops preventative maintenance programs.
  8. Coordinates general maintenance staff projects and tasks daily.
  9. Maintain inventory and forecasts inventory needs.
  10. Ensures preventative maintenance is being recorded & completed in all areas.
  11. Reports potential problems with performance of chillers/HVAC.
  12. Maintains and repairs boilers, HVAC, plumbing and general maintenance as needed.
  13. Installs and repairs electrical apparatus, such as transformers and wiring, and electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
  14. Fabricates and repairs structures.
  15. Operates machine tools to perform duties.
  16. Stores chemicals and supplies in accordance with Resort and state/federal policies.
  17. Assists staff as needed for installations and repairs of electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment.
  18. Oversees maintenance of pools, spas and fountains for PH balance and temperature, etc.
  19. Reviews production, maintenance reports and statistics to plan and modify activities.
  20. Maintains complete and current MSDS books for the Maintenance Department.
  21. Responsible to create, implement and update departmental procedures, manuals, etc.
  22. Creates and issues employee counseling and/or disciplinary forms as needed.
  23. Performs duties of subordinate staff.
  24. Provides customer service to guests, owners, and departments.
 
Requirements
  - Age below 45 years old.
  - Minimum 3 years experience in this field.
  - Proficiency in spoken and written English.
  - Pleasant Personality.
  - Willing to work hard. Self motivated.
  - Able to work as a team player.
