Job Description
DCA/CA Cambodia invites qualified consultants or consultancy  firm to submit a proposal  to conduct  the Final Evaluation  of the EU GATE Project  “Enhancing  Livelihood
Options for Girls through  Advocacy, Training, and Employment".  The project is a part of DCA/CA Cambodia’s
Gender Based Violence Program and is funded by the European  Union and Danida.
 
Jobs Requirement
  - The selected  consultant(s) must have demonstrated  knowledge of current  evaluation  theory and practice
and have several  years of experience in evaluating  development  projects, preferably  with a focus on reintegrated development  inclusive  of vocational  training skill, literacy,  and local awareness  on Gender Based Violence  
  - The consultant should preferably have a good understanding of the Cambodian context and should speak both Khmer and English (alternatively  demonstrate  how language barriers  will be overcome  in the data-gathering
and analysis processes)
