Jobs Requirement  
Essential Requirements

  - Female and Male age 22 of 22-35 years old
  - Good knowledge  of English  and a little in Chinese  Language  is preferred.
  - Undergraduate  degree in CS, EE, or Computer
Engineering, advanced  degree a plus
  - 2-4 years of experience  in programming  and leading  software  development  projects  

TECHNICAL  SKILLS
  - Web-based  technologies  with.NET,  Java, PHP, Ajax, NUnit, Cruise Control,  Nant, XML, MS SQL, MySQL, Version  
control  with Sub Version  or others,  Issue tracking
with JIRA
 
GENERAL  SKILLS
  - Ability  to establish priorities, manage others’  time, lead multiple projects  at one time, solve complex  problems on
projects  with difficult  deadlines while keeping stress levels of team members  low, be a self-starter  and self-directed,  and wanting to work in a social enterprise environment
  - Strong desire to work at an organization with social mission  a plus
  - Ability  to work under pressure, commit to excellence  and self-highly  motivation  
  - Proficiency in written and spoken Khmer and English
