ACOUNT PAYABLE CONTROLLER

Job Location: Phnom Penh

Job Description  
  - Check and ensure Purchase  Invoice  agrees with Purchase  Order, Goods Receipt  Note and Quotation
if any
  - Check Cash Advance  Request  Form and Expenditure  Report and pass to authorized  person for approval
  - Request  payment  to be made to principal/suppliers  and ensure payment  shall be made upon optimal time
  - Daily enter in Solomon  purchase transaction  and other related  transaction  , Debit Note, Adjustment Entry, other pertinent  information and pass to authorized  person for checking and releasing
  - Fill in L/C Application  if any and pass to treasurer  for checking
  - Prepare  Reimbursement  Acknowledgement,  and pass to relevant  persons  for checking  and acknowledgement
  - Prepare  Debit Note upon receipt of authorized  Reimbursement Acknowledgement  and send to supplier
  - Follow up claim agreement with the principal,
ensure claim on time, and minimize  claim loss
  - Prepare  statement
of account,  send to supplier,
reconcile  our record against  supplier's  record as necessary
  - File Purchase  Order, Invoice,  Debit Note, Adjustment  Entry, Statement  of Account,  Aged A/P Report,  A/P Edit Report,  other report properly
  - Monthly  prepare  A/P Trading  Report,  Vendor Prepayment  Report
 - Ensure all the transaction  entered  on time, accurate,  and complete  and take action if any discrepancy  is found
Jobs Requirement  
  - Bachelor's  degree in Business  Administration  or Accounting,  studying  ACCA is a plus
  - 1-2 years experience  in related  field or distribution  industry  
  - Proficient  in using Ms Excel, Ms Word, MS PowerPoint
  - Strong in English,  verbal/written  communication  and organizational  skills
  - Team work, self-motivated,
honest and willing  to learn
