Marketing Supervisor (FMCG)

Job Description  
  - Prepare and evaluate  marketing  plan yearly and quarterly  and actions  plan for a specific  product  lines as per agreement  and guidance  from principal  and based on market needs
  - Create long term execution  plan which aligns with overall
bran plans
  - Lead all marketing  activity/plan  executions  and implementations
  - Monitor  and ensure that branding, strategy  and positioning  of products  are aligned with the business  objectives
  - Closely  work with distribution  team in order to gain more synergy  on product knowledge and marketing  plan
  - Participate  in logistic planning,  sales forecasting,  formulating pricing  strategy,  new product plan, brand’s  P&L and overall  business  plan
  - Continuously  gather marketing  information  and do analysis, such as consumer’s information, trade information,  product information, competitor  information
  - Encourage  Sales Rep to follow up the market information  that can contribute  to increases  company  sale
  - Closely work and communicate  with the principals,  such as report,  marketing  information, new key idea on tactics  and etc.
  - Prepare  monthly report such as Stock Cover Month, Sales by Channel,  Sales and Distribution Report,  Brands Reports, Competitor  report.  
 
Jobs Requirement  
  - Degree in Sales/Marketing,  preferably  MBA
  - 2-3 years experience  in marketing,  products
management  and/or trade marketing
  - Excellent  communication and organizational skills
  - Good command of spoken and written  English
  - Computer skills:  Office and Design software
  - Results  oriented, team spirit and leadership  skills
  - Patient  and flexible, honest
