Duties
- Answer phones in a professional manner
- Process sales via phones
- Greet walk-in clients & vendors
- Payroll data entry – daily timesheets
- Recording & matching purchase orders
- Accounts Payable Entry
- Assist Customer Invoicing
- General bookkeeping
- Filing
- Use of office equip. e.g.: Fax, copier, etc
- Organize meetings and prepare documents
Requirements
DESIRABLE QUALITIES
- Female preferred
- Professional attitude & phone skills
- Responsible/reliable
- Detail oriented
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENT
- Bachelor degree accounting or secretary (minimum)
- 2 years minimum experienced in similar field
- Experience in construction field is preferable
