Duties
- Ensure good performance of station’s operations
- Prepare station reports
- Supervise, train and evaluate station staff
- Manage station’s stocks and deliveries
- Implement the company’s policies (pricing, product promotions, etc.)
- Deal with customer’s complaints/problems
- Ensure security/safety for station and customers
Requirements
- University degree in management or marketing
- Computer skills, MS Word, Excel
- Good spoken and written English
- Willing to work hard (day/night and moving from one station to another)
- Strong organizational skills with commitment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
