Job Description
- Manage overall administration affaires
- Maintain all files and assist in contacting customers
- Make sure that the office is maintained in standard and safe
- Ensure that the expenses of administration affaires are effective and correct
- Administer and order office supplies
- Liaising with related customers
- Drafting of routine correspondence on administrative
issues
- Coordinate visitors or contacts with Mahkota Medical Center in Malaysia
- Prepare booking air-ticketing for patients and hotels
- Follow up with Doctors and patients
- Answer phone call from customer related to MMC services
- Make an appointment with customers/agents
- Provide MMC services as required by customers
- Others assigned by Marketing Executive/Officer
Jobs Requirement
- Bachelor degree in business administration or related
field
- At least two years experience in office and administration job
- Previously Medical experience are encouraged to apply
- Good command of English communication skills both writing and speaking
- Extended computer skill and good knowledge of Ms office software
- High level of interpersonal skills
- Be a diligent person and having high self-motivated
- Willing to work under pressure with extended working hours and in a team
- Only female
