Job Description
PURPOSE
The successful candidate will provide continuous,
coordinated, and comprehensive security and legal supports  to reasonably ensure all threats to company personnel,
assets and business operations/activities are properly
identified, analyzed, evaluated and managed in a timely and cost effective manner.  
  - Report to both the Cluster Security  Manager  and BAT Cambodia  Head of Legal
  - Provide timely security  reports  and updates,  as well as situation  analyses  to the Cluster  Security  Manager  
  - Provide timely advices based on analyses/assessments  of security risks/threats  and their impacts  
  - Develop and execute security plans to align with company  business  objectives  
  - Constantly  review, implement, and maintain  effective
security  policies,  procedures,  and practices  
  - Plan and conduct security  enquiries,  investigations, and reviews  of security  breaches  
  - Co-ordinate  risk and crisis management  
  - Develop  and maintain  an appropriate  level of fire prevention  and fire fighting  system; and
  - Assist the Head of Legal in providing company secretarial  supports, managing  policies  & procedures, as well as interpreting  Khmer laws
 
Jobs Requirement  
  - At least a bachelor degree in law or business-related  fields
  - Highly-matured  and -motivated  individual,  with broad experience  in corporate security  management.  Experience
in legal/business  security  management  in multinational companies/embassies  is an advantage  
  - Good communication skills in both english  and khmer
  - Capable  of issuing  clear written  and verbal instructions   

  - Able to produce timely, accurate, and concise written
and verbal reports/reviews  
  - Capable  of supervising  a contracted  and/or ‘in-house’  guard force
  - Capable of carrying  out and managing effective  investigations  involving  breaches  of security and security  incidents  
  - Able to provide  security  input to contingency plans
  - Knowledge  of all aspects  of physical and electronic  security  
  - Capable  of exploiting  all sources of information to obtain and collate  details  on all kinds of threats  to the company  and its stakeholders;  and
  - Hard working and able to travel within or outside the country
