Admin & Finance Officer
Job Term: Full Time

Job Description
- Oversee all administrative and financial affairs of the company
- Prepare filling system for administrative and financial documents record
- Handle all finance and accounting works
- Perform day-to-day processing financial transactions in an accurate manner
- Prepare monthly and yearly financial reports
- Handle invoices and receipts of the company
- Collect monthly bank statement and other bank documents
- Maintain accurate cash
- Entry data into computer
- Control, maintain and update all of the company assets
- Make travel arrangement and keep track of staff travel and trip report
- Develop and update relevant policies, procedures
and system of admin and finance
- Establish and maintain good working relationship and provide administrative support to all company staff, coordinate with local authorities
- Handle company’s business correspondences, phone calls and faxes
- Handle stationary purchases (printer ink, copy paper white paper, pens, notebook, etc)
- Be responsible for company's printings (business cards, envelopes, etc)
- Perform other tasks as requested by the management
Jobs Requirement
- University degree in accounting, finance or equivalent
- At least one-year experience in admin/account/finance.
- Ability to prepare financial report on regular basis Khmer/English; monthly, quarterly, annual
- Bookkeeping, team building and good interpersonal skills
- Effective verbal, listening and communications skills
- Ability to use computerized accounting, spreadsheet, Quick Book, Peachtree program and email
- Good speaking, reading, writing in English
- Ability to plan, coordinate, organize and prioritize
work
- Flexible, take initiative, work independently
- University degree in accounting, finance or equivalent
- At least one-year experience in admin/account/finance.
