Job Description
1-Head of the Early Childhood  Resource Centre (Based in Phnom Penh)
  - In charge of: The coordination  of all activities  implemented in the Resource Centre (Documentation  and Training  Centre)
2- Documentation  Centre Coordinator  (Based in Phnom Penh)
  - In charge of: The implementation  and coordination  of overall  documentation  related  tasks implemented
in the Resource  Centre
3- Training Coordinator (Based in Phnom Penh)
  - In charge of: The implementation  and coordination
of overall  training-related  tasks implemented  in the resource  centre
4- IT and Translation  Assistant (Based in Phnom Penh)
  - In charge of: The implementation and coordination of overall  Information  Technology  and Translation-related
tasks implemented  in the Resource
Centre.  -- Head of the Early Childhood  Resource  Centre --
Set up the Resource Centre and participate  to the recruitment of its staff Coordinate  and support  all activities
for the Resource Centre (human resource management,  coordination,  planning,  monitoring  and evaluation  activities)  and report to the Executive  Director  
Participate in, lead and facilitate  exchanges  with other organisations and public authorities. Participate  in, lead and facilitate  public presentations of the achievements
of the Resource Centre Advocate  KrY activities and mission, vision and values within the framework of the Resource  Centre Project  

Documentation Centre Coordinator  :
  - In charge of producing and updating various
pedagogy/teaching documents, promotion documents  including magazines, leaflets, newsletters and ECCD video spot, and properly recording and filing them
  - In charge of overall  management  of the library’s
service and documents
  - Ensure that training documents  of each training  course are updated,  of good quality,  sufficient,  relevant
and that they respond  to needs in the field of ECCD
  - Research  ECCD-related documents and recent findings
from other countries through  Internet,  from Resource  Centres  of ECCD related NGOs, Institutes  and Ministries/Departments
  - Collaborate with the Training Team to produce and review/update each training curriculum,  documentations/lessons learnt, tools and methodology  
  - Ensure effective planning, implementing, monitoring  (on the use of document), and produce report including  qualitative and quantitative  data and submit them to the Head of the Resource Centre

Training  Coordinator :
  - Facilitate and prepare trainings/workshop  in the Resource  Centre
  - Establish and update training  curriculum,  documents,
tools and training  methodology  
  - Collaborate with KrY trainers to produce  professional  and standard  training  curriculum for trainees  
  - Establish  schedule  for training  and quarterly  promotion
leaflet  
  - Do a research  and collaborate  with the Resource  Centre’s  Documentation  Officer to update training  documents, tools methodology  
  - Ensure effective planning, implementing, monitoring,  and produce  training  report including qualitative and quantitative  data and submit to the Head of the Resource  Centre
  - Update the evaluation  form for trainees  at the end of each training course to assess the training  quality  
  - Prepare  capacity  building  plan to enhance  the training  skills of internal  trainers

IT and Translation  Assistant  :
  - In charge of building up and maintaining  IT and
Network systems in the Resource  Centre
  - In charge of translating  and editing  various
documents  
  - Assist the Head of the Resource  Centre,  the Training  Coordinator  and the Documentation centre coordinator  in various secretary  tasks
 
Jobs Requirement  
Head of the Early Childhood Resource  Centre :
  - The person possesses as a minimum  requirement
a Bachelor Certificate, has at least five years of experience,  preferably  in education,  and has experience in staff management as well as in project  cycle and financial  management  
  - He/she can speak and write in English  and/or French fluently  and have computer skills He/she also subscribes
to children’s  rights and child participation  
  - It is expected  that the person will be creative,  hard working and enthusiastic,  take initiative, and have good leadership  skills and capacity  to work in a team as well as communication  and facilitation  skills and ability  in planning,  monitoring  and reporting  

Documentation  Centre Coordinator :
  - The person possesses  a Bachelor  Certificate as a minimum  requirement  and has at least five years of experience  in Education  or in a Documentation  Centre
  - Experience  in early childhood  care and development  (ECCD) is a plus
  - He/she can speak and write in English  and/or French fluently,  have good computer  skill plus basic knowledge
of web design and maintenance  
  - He/she has competence  in pedagogy/teaching
document  composition and in producing  media/promotion  documents  including magazines,  leaflets  and newsletters
  - The person is expected  to be creative, hard working  and enthusiastic  
  - He/she should take initiative,  have a sound judgment,
and have good leadership  skills and the capacity to work in team. The person will also have good communication  and facilitation  skills and capacity  in planning, monitoring
and reporting  

Training  Coordinator  :
  - The person possesses as a minimum  requirement  a bachelor  certificate, has at least five years of experience  in Education  and Pedagogy,  especially in early childhood  care and development  (ECCD) and Parenting
  - He/she has experience as a trainer  and/or in writing
training  curriculum  
  - He/she can speak and write in English  and/or French fluently  and have computer  skills
  - It is expected  that the person will be creative,  hard working  and enthusiastic,  take initiative, have a sound judgment, have good leadership  skills and capacity  to work in a team as well as communication and facilitation  skills and ability in planning, monitoring  and reporting  

IT and Translation  Assistant :
  - The person possesses, as a minimum  requirement,  a Bachelor  degree of Information  Technology,  has at least 3 years of experience  in IT and/or documentation  translation
  - He/she can speak and write in English  and/or French fluently and can prove an advanced/acceptable  ability  in translation  from French or English  to Khmer
  - It is expected  that the person will be creative,
hard working  and enthusiastic,  take initiative, have good leadership  skills and capacity  to work in a team as well as communication  and facilitation  skills and ability
in planning,  monitoring  and reporting
