Job Description
we are seeking  a Technical  Assistant  Consultant  for 15 working  days for fulfill tasks as stated below:
 
Summary  Key Tasks:
  - The main purpose for this consultancy is to document  PPP practices in Cambodia and the region and make recommendations for future PPP initiatives to strengthen  the Cambodia Health System. More specifically, the consultant will deliver on the following  objectives
  - To map the existing experiences of PPP practices in country and identify linkage mechanisms between Public and Private Sectors
  - To conduct a desk review of existing laws and regulations related to PPP in the country
  - To conduct a desk review of successful PPP practices or models in the region and explore the opportunity for potential PPP in the country.
  - Consolidate findings and present outcomes and recommendations in a report.
 
The Consultant shall work very closely with the Sub-TWGH  for PPP under the supervision of this Sub Working group. The Secretary of Sub-TWGH for PPP will assist the Consultant  for the successful of his/her task.
 
Steps to be taken:
  - Develop consultancy activity plan including an interview  guide for stakeholder consultation for review by Sub-TWGH  for PPP
  - Conduct consultative meeting with MOH and key stakeholders  
  - Present draft findings and recommendations to Sub-TWGH  for PPP
  - Present final reports to TWGH
  - Report with strategic recommendations and ways forward
for PPP in Cambodia.
 
Duration
  - Fifteen working  days
 
Jobs Requirement  
Qualification:
  - Extensive  knowledge  about Public and Private  Sectors
in health
  - Public health background  at least 5 years
  - Good knowledge about public health system in Cambodia
  - Excellent English is prerequisite and knowledge of Khmer language is an advantage

Expect outputs:  
  - Report with strategic recommendations and ways forward for PPP in Cambodia.
