Job Title: Environment Coordinator

Location: Phnom Penh

Schedule: Full Time

Responsibilities
  Environment coordinator is in charge of coordinating the management of SCA/CAMS’ environmental performance. He/she will assess current environment situation on the 3 airports, identify environmental risks, propose and manage action plan to improve airport environmental performance taking into account political, social, legal, technical and economic aspects. He/she will have a cross-department action in order to be an agent of change within SCA/CAMS organization and to ensure that all members of the company recognize their own contribution to improved environmental performance.

Requirement
  - Master’s degree in Environment Management or related field
  - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a managerial level
  - Experience in environmental issues is preferred
  - A good command of spoken and written English
  - Ability to work autonomously with less supervision
  - Ability to develop a new field in the company, to work on cross-department position, to convince interlocutors: excellent interpersonal skills
  - Ability to anticipate issues and to work on mid/long term basis
  - Strong communication skills at every level (from staff to high ranking government officials)
  - Strong will and ability to learn.
